Here at Mancha Hardscapes Pools & Spas, we strive to build lasting relationships in the communities around Birmingham. This includes offering design, contracting and building services to commercial properties, local home builders, architects and engineers!
We work with local apartment complexes and country clubs completing pool renovations, retaining walls and outdoor kitchens. We help local home builder communities create beautiful outdoor layouts in their model homes. We work with other local contractors who need our services for public walkways, custom stone entrance signs, courtyards, water features and more!
We hold our Alabama State General Contractors license as well as all the local city licenses and permits. Likewise, we carry all the required general liability and workers compensation coverage that many commercial properties and businesses require to perform work. We have skilled office staff who are ready to work with you side by side to set up subcontractor contracts and handle any business-related terms and conditions.
