Q: What makes Mancha Hardscapes different from other hardscape companies?

Q: What is the difference between a gunite pool and a liner pool?
A: Gunite pools use a mixture of cement and sand (which make up the gunite) which is sprayed onto contoured and supported surfaces made of rebar. This process is the most popular for building a pool because it is highly durable and long-lasting.
Liner pools use a custom made, flexible sheet of vinyl that is installed between the water and the pool structure. It leaves your pool surface smooth and there are unlimited design options.
Q: What makes a modular block system more effective than a brick veneered retaining wall?
A: Modular block walls are self weeping with a drain system. Water is able to escape more easily. The reinforcement behind it is 80% of the wall height with all gravel backfill.
Q: Why pavers vs. concrete?
A: Pavers are interlocking, easily removed for additions/repairs. No cracking, worries of a bad concrete “patch job.” Pavers are aesthetically pleasing, with an array of sizes, shapes and colors to choose from.
