Q: What makes a modular block system more effective than a brick veneered retaining wall?
A: Modular block walls are self weeping with a drain system. Water is able to escape more easily. The reinforcement behind is 80% of the wall height with all gravel backfill.

Q: Why pavers vs. concrete?
A: Pavers are interlocking, easily removed for additions/repairs. No cracking, worries of a bad concrete "patch job." Pavers are aesthetically pleasing, with an array of sizes, shapes and colors to choose from.

Concrete pavers are a mixture of concrete and coloring compressed in a special machine under extreme pressure.

Clay pavers are a mixture of clay that is pressed out and placed in a kiln to bake at very high temperatures.
